A note from Michelle Risinger, Founder and CEO of Restore:
We just got back from two incredible days in Dallas at the Future of Work Global Event Series, and are feeling energized by the conversations. Getting to spend time with innovators, leaders, and disruptors all working toward the same goal, a healthier, more resilient workforce, is exactly the kind of energy that reminds me why we built Restore in the first place.
One thing became so clear to me across conversations in Dallas: people already know when they're at their best. I'm sharper in the morning. I hit my stride after lunch. My best thinking happens late in the day. That self-awareness isn't new. What's new is that people are done keeping it to themselves. Again and again, we heard the same longing: the ability to actually work according to that rhythm, not just know it exists.
That's the gap Restore was built to close. Knowing your energy pattern is one thing. Having a workplace solution embedded with your calendar, one that matches your day to your natural highs and lows, so that your natural energy rhythms actually shapes your day, is another. It's the difference between insight and action.
We're leaving Dallas even more convinced that the future of work isn't about doing more. It's about doing the right work at the right time. And we're honored to be building that future, one calendar at a time.
