Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:
• Information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, email address, date of birth, gender, and any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline (“personal information”);
• Health-related and physiological data, including data derived from wearable devices and self-reported wellness information;
• Information about your calendar, schedule, and work patterns;
• Inferences and insights derived or generated from the above data; and
• Information about your internet connection, device, and usage of the Services.
We collect this information:
• Directly from you when you provide it to us (e.g., during onboarding or when connecting integrations).
• Automatically as you use the Services, including through wearable device integrations, calendar integrations, check-in notifications, and behavioral engagement patterns.
• From third parties, such as calendar providers (Google, Microsoft) and wearable device providers (Apple Health, Fitbit, Ultrahuman, Whoop, Oura, Suunto, Polar, and Garmin).
Information You Provide to Us
The personal information you provide to us may include:
• Account and Identity Data. Email address and account credentials used for authentication.
• Demographic Data. Date of birth and gender, used to improve the accuracy of physiological baseline modeling and chronotype estimation.
• Schedule and Work Pattern Data. Timezone, number of workdays per week, and role within your organization (employee or administrator).
• Sleep Behavior Data. Self-reported sleep information including sleep onset time, wake-up time, alarm usage, and related sleep patterns. This data is used to calculate your chronotype using established chronobiological methods.
• Lifestyle and Wellness Indicators. Self-reported information regarding work/life balance, stress levels, sleep quality, caffeine consumption, sunlight exposure, exercise, and meal timing.
• Notification Preferences. Your preferred delivery method, frequency, and timing for check-in notifications.
• Consent Acknowledgments. Records of your consent to receive check-in notifications and to connect integrations.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.
Information Collected Through Integrations
Calendar Data. When you connect a supported calendar provider (Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook) through a user-authorized OAuth 2.0 authentication flow, we collect calendar event data including event names, start and end times, recurrence patterns, timezone, and free/busy status. We use this data to generate personalized schedule alignment metrics. We do not collect attendee lists, email content, calendar attachments, or event descriptions.
Restore may optionally write calendar events (Focus Blocks) to your connected calendar to suggest high-performance and recovery windows. This feature requires your explicit opt-in and can be disabled at any time in Settings.
Wearable Device Data. When you connect a supported wearable device (Apple Health, Fitbit, Ultrahuman, Whoop, Oura, Suunto, Polar, or Garmin) through a user-authorized connection, we may collect available data including sleep duration and quality, sleep timing, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), physiological stress signals, body temperature, and activity levels. This data is used to generate personalized energy insights and to improve the accuracy of your chronotype and energy modeling.
Information Collected Through Check-In Notifications
We deliver periodic check-in notifications via your selected delivery method (email, browser notification, or desktop notification) to collect self-reported data about your current energy, workload, recovery, and related wellness indicators. These check-ins are used to maintain baseline accuracy and improve the reliability of personalized insights.
Check-in notifications are an essential operational feature of the Services. Accordingly, check-in notifications cannot be fully disabled while your account is active, though you may adjust their frequency in Settings. Users are informed of this limitation before account creation. Promotional or marketing communications may be opted out of separately.
All check-in responses are stored to establish personal baselines and track patterns over time.
Information Generated by the System (Derived and Inferred Data)
We generate insights and scores through automated processing of your data, including chronotype classification, personalized energy windows, schedule alignment scores, recovery and strain trends, and related metrics (collectively, your “Energy Blueprint” and “Restore Score”). These outputs are estimates based on statistical models and heuristics. They are not medical diagnoses, performance evaluations, or predictions.
Behavioral and Engagement Data
We track your interactions with certain features for personalization and system improvement purposes, including which suggestions you engage with and your login and check-in response activity. We use only aggregate, de-identified usage data internally for analytics, product health monitoring, and feature improvement. We do not use individual user data to train external or third-party AI models.
Combining Information
We may combine information you provide directly with data collected through integrations, check-in responses, and data generated automatically through your use of the Services. We treat any information combined with your personal information as personal information for as long as it can reasonably be linked to you.
Information Collected Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

Automated Processing and Profiling
Our Services use automated processing to analyze patterns in your physiological, behavioral, and schedule data to generate personalized scores, trends, and recommendations. This processing may constitute profiling under some data protection laws, including GDPR. These outputs are informational planning tools only. They do not produce legal or similarly significant effects and are not used for employment decisions, insurance underwriting, creditworthiness assessments, medical diagnosis, or performance evaluation.
