A note from Michelle Risinger, Founder and CEO of Restore:

I just got back from Good Tech Fest in the beautiful mountains of Provo, Utah.

A gathering of the best minds in philanthropy, corporate and nonprofit tech for social impact, everyone was talking about how AI is going to shape the future of work.

There were brilliant people and genuinely exciting ideas, but something was missing from almost every discussion.

Nobody was talking about workday design.

The 9-to-5 was developed for factories, not human brains. It has no basis in neuroscience or human performance science. Yet we continue scheduling eight straight hours of work as if every hour is equally productive. It is not.

We all have windows when we are sharper, more focused, and more creative. We also have times when our energy naturally dips, and we are better suited for lighter tasks or recovery. We simply have not designed the workday around those patterns (UC Santa Barbara).

That is why we built Restore.

Restore turns your unique energy patterns into a workday designed around how you actually function. Our calendar view overlays your daily events onto your personalized Energy Blueprint, allowing you to see how your schedule aligns with your natural peaks and troughs.

The future of work won't be built by organizations waiting for certainty. It will be built by the people willing to experiment, learn, and ask better questions.

We're currently welcoming a small number of individuals and teams who want to help shape the future of work to our Early Access Program with full access to the product.

If that sounds like you, or if someone immediately came to mind while reading this, we’d love to hear from you.
